HUNTER'S 3RD BIRTHDAY!

It is difficult to believe, but is now a 3 year old!

Although, sometimes I think he is 3 going on 90! During his 3rd birthday party, he completely disappeared. As I ran around looking for him I began to panic a bit. I found him upstairs playing by himself! He does not enjoy having attention on him! Definitely lets Kyra take care of socializing! All he wanted for his birthday - as he told me over and over - was a train cake and a balloon. Turns out, that is really all he wanted! He wanted nothing to do with all his wonderful new gifts. He just wanted was to eat his cake and play with his balloon! -Ask Kyra what she wants for her birthday & be prepared to listen for awhile!

2ND HAIR CUT EVER!!!!!

Hunter's mop was beginning to aggravate Matt. Thus, he decided to shave the curls off. It took a lot of coaxing. When it was done Hunter was none too pleased. He kept crying "put it back on!" We all agreed to not mention his haircut for fear of his tears flowing again!

GRAMPSY & GRANDMA!

Hard to believe, but two months has passed since we saw Grandma Debby & Grampsy. Grandma just returned from the cabin and we decided to visit this last weekend.

It was great seeing them & the kids were ecstatic :)

BACKYARD FUN

We enjoyed an evening around the campfire last weekend. This happens to be one of the kids most favorite activities - I think it may be because of the marshmallows :) We all took turns telling ghost stories too!

1st SOCCER GAME!

Kyra had her first soccer game! In this league the U6 kids play 3 on 3 and they do not keep score - which is a good thing because the other team scored a lot of goals! BUT, Kyra's team played great! Kyra even scored 2 of the 3 goals for her team. Grandma Carol, Auntie Missy, Cousin Connor and Cousin Ellie came to help cheer Kyra on. We had a great Saturday morning and are looking forward to more autumn games :)
