HORSIN' AROUND!

Kyra has been assigned the very important job of making Sugar Pony feel better after losing Silver. Here are some pictures of the time they have spent together.
Getting a brushing.

Even Hunter want to help!

More special attention.

MOCK GYMNASTIC MEET!

Kyra & Hunter participated in a mock gymnastics meet at the gym where they take gymnastic lessons. They performed on 5 different circuits. At the end they were awarded medals and a certificate on the podium. Hunter wanted no part of the podium. He took off his medal & stomped off. Kyra on the other hand, stood proudly in the spotlight - she had to be asked to get off the podium:) Overall, they seemed to have a good time - although I think all they wanted were medals!

THE LOSS OF OUR BELOVED FRIEND

This last weekend we lost our beloved Silver. There is no way to express how blessed we were to share over 20 years with him. From Marisa and my childhood and into our adulthood, Silver was truly a member of our family. Though countless tears have been shed, I can truly say he was an absolute blessing in my life. He was an absolute saint with children, especially Kyra and Hunter. I miss his big black eyes and low nicker greeting me in the morning. I even miss his relentless kicking of his feed bucket. We weren't ready to say goodbye, but we know you are enjoying endless green pastures.
We will forever miss you.

The first time on Silver, what a saint!

Gaining her confidence.

One of the many times Silver played the role of a unicorn.

Silver and his buddies.

Thank-you for so many magical moments.

A kiss to our angel.
