POOL TIME!

Kyra & Hunter finally were able to enjoy the pool! This was Hunter's 1st time in the pool and he reallu enjoyed the water, but NOT Kyra's splashing! Hunter got cold pretty fast! Kyra would have stayed in the pool even if there was snow falling!

OH NO STARTING TO CLIMB!. . & A TRIP TO THE ZOO!

We visited Brookfield Zoo with Auntie Missy and cousin Connor! We had a great time and the weather was beautiful. Kyra's favorite exhibit was the Dinosaurs Alive exhibit. Despite being terrified while in the exhibit she wants to go back and see the dinosaurs. The exhibit was really worth seeing, they had numerous life sized-dinos that moved and made noises! Hunter also enjoyed his day, while Connor slept the entire day!

The kids have been very busy! Kyra has fallen in love with a Barbie movie and she acts out the scenes at least 100 times a day! She asks that we call her Princess Analeese. Hunter has started standing up! He started crawling up the stairs also! He spends a lot of time looking out the window watching the birds at the bird feeder!

SPRINGTIME

Last week we had a devastating loss to our family. Diva died very unexpectantly and we have been trying to come to terms with her not being in our lives. She brought so much life to our house, as she was always on an adventure. She was an excellent friend to Kyra. Kyra could do anything to her and Diva never stopped wagging her tail. There is definately a missing piece to our life right now and we have shed many tears. Ultimately, we were blessed to have her in our lives albeit that time was way too brief.
